Free Classic TV Adventure Marathon

Seven action packed TV shows from the 1950's for your viewing enjoyment!

As a kid, these were some of my favorite shows. Many "baby boomers" will remember them when the theme music of each show begins to play. Don't make the mistake of thinking that these shows are only good for a stroll down memory lane. Today's kids love them too! (Scroll down this page to see all of the shows.)

We will kick off the adventure marathon with 2 episodes of The Buccaneers, 3 episodes of The Adventures of Robin Hood and then 2 episodes of William Tell.

If you like the shows, let us know. Comments are welcome. Enjoy!!!

William Tell - Secret Death

The Adventures of Robin Hood - The Secret Pool

We're going to jump ahead to the 24th episode of the 2nd season of "The Adventures Of Robin Hood". This is one of my favorite episodes. Sir Cedric's men arrest a poor, hungry man for fishing in Sir Cedric's lake. Marion pleads with Cedric to drop the charges against the poor man, but Cedric refuses. Robin takes a different approach to convince Cedric to drop the charges. Robin's approach is rather humorous and successful! Original air date of "The Secret Pool" was March 11, 1957 (Season 2, Episode 24). 25 minutes.

If you enjoy The Adventures of Robin Hood, you may also enjoy watching the free, full length movie titled Captain Scarlett, also starring Richard Greene (Robin Hood). It's a fun swashbuckling adventure movie for the whole family.
